Can a permanent child safety ban be bypassed?

No. A permanent ban issued for child safety violations cannot be circumvented under any circumstances.

Data deletion requests submitted by permanently banned accounts are denied. Retained data remains necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected, and its retention serves both our legitimate interests and the safety of all users across PlaySafe Protected services. Consequently, the banned individual is permanently prohibited from creating a new PlaySafe ID or accessing any PlaySafe Protected service.

We are also legally required to report any user found to have engaged in grooming or sexual conduct involving minors to the relevant authorities in their jurisdiction.
