Can a child safety ban be bypassed by deleting an account and starting over?

No. A permanent ban issued for child safety violations cannot be circumvented through a data deletion request.

In these cases, data deletion requests will be denied. The data collected remains necessary for the purpose for which it was originally gathered, and its retention serves both our legitimate interests and the safety of every other user on the platform. As a result, the banned individual will never be able to create a new PlaySafe ID or access any PlaySafe Protected service again.

In addition, we are legally obligated to report any user found to have engaged in grooming or sexual behaviour towards children to the relevant local authorities.
