How to appeal a ban?
If you believe you have been falsely banned, the appeals process works as follows:
Step 1 - Appeal with the game developer. Contact the game developer that issued the ban on your game account and lodge an appeal directly with them. This is the first and necessary step before any PlaySafe ID review can take place.
Step 2 - PlaySafe ID review. If your appeal is successful, the game developer will notify us directly. We will then conduct our own review of the associated PlaySafe ID penalty.
