What can get a PlaySafe ID banned?

There are only a few things that can result in a PlaySafe ID penalty:

Cheating. Using any software or hardware to gain an unfair advantage over other players including: cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, or similar tools.

Child safety violations. Any form of grooming, sexual conduct, or sexual content involving minors.

Terms of Service violations. Any serious breach of our Terms of Service may also result in a penalty being applied to your PlaySafe ID.

We don't issue PlaySafe ID penalties for toxicity or general conduct, that falls within the remit of individual games and their moderation teams, who are best placed to handle it according to their own community standards.
