What happens to my account and data if PlaySafe ID ceases operations?

In the event that PlaySafe ID ceased operations, your personal data would be handled in full accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection regulations, including the secure deletion of any data we hold within a defined and compliant timeframe.

It's worth noting that neither PlaySafe ID nor our verification partner Entrust store your identity documents. The only data retained from the verification process is a hashed biometric token, meaning your actual documents and raw biometric data are not stored by either party.

Any data handling procedures carried out during such an event would be communicated to affected users directly and in advance.
